This is the style guide for cover art work:

If you create:

  • Image size should be at least 300 dpi and at least 6 inches square
  • Images need to be saved as a .jpg -or- .psd file (or the GIMP equivalent)
  • Any text should be saved in a separate layer (for any changes, adding the BOF release number, CC info, etc.)
  • Any source images used in the artwork need to be creative commons
  • If there are any changes or additions made, BOF will send a file for your review

If we create:

  • Send any text needed for liner notes, such as performance info, musician and audio sample contributions, etc.
  • BOF will send a file for your review
